§ 74-4. Obedience to traffic control signs and devices

The driver of any vehicle shall obey the instructions of any official traffic control signs, signal or device applicable thereto placed in accordance with this chapter or other traffic ordinance of the city, unless otherwise directed by a police officer, subject to the exceptions granted the driver of an authorized emergency vehicle.
