§ 70-2. General

These regulations shall govern every person, firm, association or corporation owning any tract of land within the city limits of the City of McLendon-Chisholm who may hereafter divide the same into two or more parts for the purpose of laying out any subdivision of any tract of land or any addition to the city, or for laying out suburban, building or other lots, or for laying out any streets, alleys, squares, parks or other portions intended to be dedicated for public use, or other portions intended for public use, or the use of purchasers or owners of lots fronting on or adjacent to the streets, alleys, squares, parks or other parts.
