§ 1-1. How Code designated and cited

Latest version.

The ordinances embraced in this and the following chapters and sections shall constitute and be designated the "Code of Ordinances, City of McLendon-Chisholm, Texas," and may be so cited. Such Code may also be cited as the "McLendon-Chisholm Municipal Code."
